Caltrisal ST® is a unique organic acid formulation that improves the solubility of gypsum. Gypsum is the most widely used calcium treatment in the industry, however, it is not readily soluble. Caltrisal ST increases gypsum solubility by up to 40%, allowing more calcium to be released for better availability and more complete sodium displacement.

Caltrisal ST also aggregates clay soil particles, which improves soil structure and increases porosity for better water infiltration and salt leaching.

Research shows Caltrisal ST solubilizes gypsum up to 40% better than water alone for more available calcium. More available calcium helps to displace sodium for improved leaching.

Apply 1/2 to 1 gallon of Caltrisal ST with a spray volume of 40 to 50 gallons of water per acre (5 to 10 L with a spray volume of 400 to 500 L per/ha). Follow initial treatment with 1/4 to 1 gallon of Caltrisal ST with a spray volume of 40 to 50 gallons of water per acre (2.5 to 10 L with a spray volume of 400 to 500 L of water per/ha) weekly or monthly as needed.
